Possession Order

A possession order is a legal decision issued by a court that allows a landlord to take back control of a property from a tenant or occupant, usually because rent hasn't been paid or other lease terms haven't been met. It sets a specific date by which the occupant must leave, and if they don’t, authorities can remove them.
