Posse Foundation

The Posse Foundation is a nonprofit organization that identifies talented high school students from diverse backgrounds and prepares them for success at top colleges and universities. They select students through a rigorous interview process, forming small groups called “posses” that travel and support each other throughout college. The foundation offers leadership training, mentoring, and scholarship opportunities to ensure students graduate and go on to leadership roles. Overall, Posse aims to promote higher education access and develop future leaders who contribute positively to society.
