Pong

Pong is an early video game that simulates table tennis. Two players or a player and a computer control paddles on opposite sides of the screen. A ball moves across the screen, bouncing off the paddles and the top and bottom edges. The objective is to use your paddle to hit the ball back to the opponent’s side without missing. When a player misses, the other scores a point. The game continues until a set score is reached or the players choose to stop. Pong popularized interactive electronic entertainment and forms the foundation of modern video gaming.
