Pomeranian Front

The Pomeranian Front was a military campaign during World War I (1918) when Allied forces launched an attack against German positions in the region of Pomerania, a strip of land along the Baltic Sea. The goal was to break through German defenses, push back their forces, and advance into territory held by Germany. It was part of the larger effort to weaken Germany’s hold on occupied areas and to hasten the end of the war. The campaign involved intense fighting and strategic movement, contributing to the overall Allied push towards victory in 1918.
