Polavision
Polavision was an early 1980s instant movie system developed by Polaroid, designed to allow users to record and replay short video clips on special, self-developing film. It combined a portable camera with a projector and used a unique type of film that could be processed instantly, making videos viewable moments after recording. Despite its innovation, Polavision faced technical limitations, such as low resolution and limited recording time, and struggled with market acceptance. It was discontinued in the mid-1980s, but it remains a notable attempt to create portable, instant video technology.
