Poder Executivo, or the Executive Power, is the branch of government responsible for implementing and enforcing laws. It is headed by the President or Prime Minister, who oversees daily operations, manages public policies, and makes decisions to ensure the government functions effectively. The Executive Power also manages government agencies, executes budgets, and represents the country internationally.
