PocketQube

A PocketQube is a tiny, low-cost satellite designed for space research and communication. It measures roughly 5 centimeters (about 2 inches) on each side, making it much smaller than traditional satellites. These mini-satellites use standardized parts, allowing affordable and rapid development, often by universities, startups, or hobbyists. Despite their small size, PocketQubes can perform functions like Earth observation, technology testing, and data collection. Their compactness enables missions that were once costly and complex, opening opportunities for more frequent and varied space experiments, and making space exploration more accessible.
