Plot and character
A plot is the sequence of events that make up a story, showing how characters change and conflicts are resolved. It’s the “what happens” part that drives the narrative forward. Characters are the people, animals, or entities that perform actions and make decisions within the story. They bring the plot to life through their personalities, motives, and interactions. Together, plot and characters create a meaningful and engaging story, with the plot providing structure and the characters adding depth and relatability.
