Plan-Do-Study-Act
The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle is a method for improving processes or solving problems. First, you plan a change or solution, figuring out what you want to test. Next, you implement or "do" the change on a small scale. Then, you study the results to see if it worked or if there are issues. Finally, you act by adopting, adjusting, or abandoning the change based on what you learned. This cycle encourages continuous improvement through small, manageable steps, helping organizations become more effective over time.
