plaintiffs vs. defendants

In a legal case, the "plaintiffs" are the individuals or party bringing the lawsuit, claiming they have been wronged or harmed. They seek a legal remedy or compensation. The "defendants" are the individuals or parties being sued, accused of causing the harm or injury. The court reviews the evidence from both sides to determine whether the defendant is responsible. Essentially, the plaintiff is the accuser, and the defendant is defending against the allegations in pursuit of a fair resolution.
