Plaintiff’s attorney

A plaintiff’s attorney is a lawyer who represents someone who has filed a lawsuit, known as the plaintiff. Their role is to advocate for the plaintiff’s rights, gather evidence, build a case, and present arguments in court to seek justice or compensation for harm or injury the plaintiff has suffered. They work to ensure the plaintiff’s side of the story is clearly communicated and fought for throughout the legal process.
