PLA (People's Liberation Army)

The People's Liberation Army (PLA) is China's official military force, responsible for national defense and security. It consists of five main branches: the Ground Force (army), Navy, Air Force, Rocket Force (ballistic missiles), and Strategic Support Force (cyber, space, and electronic warfare). Established in 1927, the PLA plays a key role in defending China’s sovereignty and interests, adapting to modern warfare with advanced technology. It is one of the world's largest military organizations, heavily integrated into the country’s government and political structure, and aims to maintain China’s security and regional influence.
