PISA (Program for International Student Assessment)
PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) is an international study conducted every three years by the OECD to evaluate 15-year-olds' reading, math, and science skills. It assesses how well students can apply their knowledge to real-world situations, providing insights into the effectiveness of education systems worldwide. PISA does not test curriculum content directly but measures students’ problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning abilities. The results help governments identify strengths and weaknesses in education, informing policies aimed at improving learning outcomes and preparing students for future challenges.
