Pipeline Testing
Pipeline testing involves inspecting and evaluating pipelines—large conduits for transporting liquids or gases—to ensure they are safe, reliable, and free of defects. This process includes methods like pressure testing, where the pipeline is filled with water or air and checked for leaks by applying pressure; non-destructive testing, such as ultrasonic or radiographic scans, to detect internal flaws without damaging the pipeline; and visual inspections. These tests help identify weaknesses or damages early, preventing leaks, spills, or failures that could cause environmental harm, safety issues, or costly repairs.
