Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas was a young Pakistani Air Force officer known for his bravery. Born in 1951, he became the youngest officer to fly combat missions for Pakistan. In 1971, during a military conflict, he resisted an attempt by a senior officer to take control unlawfully. Despite being outnumbered, Minhas confronted the mutineer, risking his life. Tragically, he was killed during the confrontation. His courage and sacrifice are honored in Pakistan, and he is remembered as a national hero who stood up for his country and principles at great personal risk.
