Pidgins
Pidgins are simplified languages that develop when speakers of different native languages need to communicate for trade, work, or social reasons. They combine elements from multiple languages into a basic, functional form. Pidgins have limited vocabulary and simplified grammar, making them easier to learn for immediate communication. They are not the native language of any community but serve as a practical tool for interaction. Over time, if children learn and use the pidgin as their primary language, it can evolve into a creole, a more complex and stable language.
