Phase Array Radar

Phase array radar uses multiple antennas with electronic controls to direct radio waves instantly in different directions without physically moving the antenna. By adjusting the timing (phase) of signals sent to each antenna element, it can quickly scan a wide area, track fast-moving objects, and update its targeting in real-time. This technology allows for rapid, precise, and flexible detection of aircraft, ships, or missiles, making it highly effective for military, weather, and air traffic control applications. Essentially, it acts like a highly agile and sophisticated eye that can see and follow multiple targets simultaneously.
