Persons with Disabilities (PWD)

Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are individuals who experience physical, mental, sensory, or emotional conditions that significantly limit daily activities or participation in society. These disabilities can be congenital or acquired and may vary in severity. PWDs have the same rights and dignity as others and often require support, accessibility, or accommodations to fully engage in community, work, and education. Recognizing their needs promotes inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunity, ensuring they can live meaningful, independent lives with appropriate assistance and understanding.
