Perceptual Knowledge
Perceptual knowledge refers to the understanding we gain through our senses—sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. This type of knowledge is based on direct experiences or observations of the world around us. For example, knowing that the sky is blue because you see it that way is perceptual knowledge. It's one of the fundamental sources of knowledge, alongside others like reasoning or testimony, and helps us make sense of our environment by providing immediate, first-hand information about what we perceive.
