Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PA-CAR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending sexual violence and supporting survivors. It provides training, resources, and advocacy to improve the response to rape and sexual assault across Pennsylvania. PA-CAR works with service providers, policymakers, and communities to promote prevention, enhance victim support services, and ensure justice.
