Pema Lingpa

Pema Lingpa was an 18th-century Tibetan Buddhist master and visionary from Bhutan, revered as one of the most important spiritual figures in Tibetan Buddhism. He is celebrated for discovering hidden treasure texts (terma) believed to contain teachings and practices that revitalized Buddhism in Bhutan and Tibet. Known for his compassionate nature and deep spiritual insight, Pema Lingpa is also considered an incarnation of Guru Padmasambhava. His teachings continue to influence Buddhist practice in the region, and his life exemplifies devotion, visionary insight, and the preservation of sacred knowledge for future generations.
