pediatric cancer research

Pediatric cancer research focuses on understanding how cancers develop in children and finding effective, targeted treatments. Since children's bodies are still growing, their cancers can differ from adults’, requiring specialized approaches. Researchers study the biology of these cancers, develop new therapies, and test them through clinical trials to improve survival rates and reduce side effects. This work aims to provide children with more effective, less invasive treatments while enhancing quality of life during and after their cancer journey.
