PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) Cycle

The PDSA Cycle is a process for making improvements in a systematic way. It involves four steps: Plan, where you identify a change you want to test; Do, where you carry out the change on a small scale; Study, where you analyze the results to see if the change worked; and Act, where you decide whether to adopt the change, modify it, or try something new. This cycle helps organizations and individuals continuously improve by learning from each step and applying those lessons to achieve better outcomes over time.
