PDSA Cycle (Plan-Do-Study-Act)
The PDSA Cycle is a method used to improve processes or solve problems through a structured, ongoing approach. "Plan" involves identifying a goal and designing a plan to achieve it. "Do" is putting that plan into action on a small scale. "Study" means reviewing and analyzing the results to see what worked and what didn't. "Act" involves making adjustments based on what was learned and deciding whether to implement the changes broadly or try a new approach. This cycle repeats to continuously improve and refine processes in a systematic way.
