PDSA
PDSA, which stands for Plan-Do-Study-Act, is a method used for improving processes or solving problems. It involves four steps: first, planning a change or test; second, implementing it on a small scale (doing); third, examining the results to see what was learned (studying); and finally, deciding whether to adopt the change, modify it, or start again. This cycle helps organizations make continuous, data-driven improvements by learning from each small test before wider implementation. It supports systematic, iterative problem-solving in various settings like healthcare, business, and education.
