PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Cycle
The PDCA cycle is a method for continuous improvement. It involves four steps: Plan, where you identify a goal and plan how to achieve it; Do, where you implement the plan; Check, where you evaluate the results to see if the goal was met; and Act, where you make adjustments based on what you learned and standardize the successful changes. This ongoing cycle helps organizations and individuals improve processes, quality, and performance systematically over time.
