Parmar Dynasty

The Parmar Dynasty was a ruling family that governed parts of present-day India, mainly in the Malwa region, from around the 9th to the 13th centuries. They were prominent Rajput rulers known for establishing a strong kingdom, expanding their territory, and promoting art, culture, and architecture, including the construction of important forts and temples. The Parmar kings played a significant role in regional politics and contributed to the development of local culture. Their reign ended with invasions from neighboring powers, but their legacy remains in historical sites and inscriptions.
