PARIHS Framework
The PARIHS Framework is a tool used to understand how to effectively implement new practices or ideas in healthcare or organizational settings. It suggests that successful change depends on three key elements: Evidence (the quality of information supporting the change), Context (the environment and culture where the change happens), and Facilitation (the support and resources provided to help implement the change). When these elements align well, new practices are more likely to be adopted successfully and lead to improved outcomes.
