Paper and Timber

Paper is a versatile material made from plant fibers, primarily wood pulp, used for writing, packaging, and sanitation. Timber refers to processed, solid wood from trees, which is used in construction, furniture, and other structural applications. Essentially, timber is the raw, cut wood, while paper is created by breaking down wood fibers and reconstituting them into thin sheets. Both originate from trees, but they serve different purposes: timber provides sturdy material for building and carpentry, whereas paper offers a lightweight, flexible medium for communication and packaging.
