Panchamahabhuta
Panchamahabhuta refers to the five fundamental elements that constitute all matter in the universe: earth (prithvi), water (apā), fire (tejas), air (vāyu), and space (ākāśa). These elements are considered the basic building blocks of everything we see, touch, and experience. In nature and the human body, they are believed to influence physical properties, qualities, and health. Together, they form a balanced system where each element plays a role in creating harmony and stability within the environment and ourselves.
