Palmer's Law

Palmer's Law states that the length of a person's arm span is approximately equal to their height. This means if you measure from fingertip to fingertip with your arms outstretched, that measurement will generally match how tall you are. The idea is useful in fields like anthropology, art, and sports, providing a simple way to estimate height or proportions without needing to stand upright. While individual variations exist, Palmer's Law highlights an average relationship between arm span and height across many people.
