Pain Resilience
Pain resilience is the ability to manage and recover from pain, both physical and emotional, without it overwhelming your well-being. It involves a combination of mental strategies, emotional strength, and sometimes lifestyle choices that help you cope effectively. Resilient individuals can experience pain but still maintain a sense of control, outlook, and purpose, reducing the negative impact on their daily lives. Building pain resilience doesn’t mean eliminating pain but developing skills to respond adaptively, regaining balance and maintaining a good quality of life despite ongoing discomfort.
