Oxygen Masks

Oxygen masks are safety devices used in airplanes to provide passengers with supplemental oxygen in case of cabin depressurization or emergency situations. When released, the mask drops in front of you, and you should secure it over your nose and mouth, then breathe normally. The masks work by delivering pure oxygen from an onboard supply, maintaining vital oxygen levels when cabin air becomes insufficient.
