OTA (Organized Team Activities)
Organized Team Activities (OTAs) are scheduled football team workouts held during the offseason. They include practice sessions, drills, and meetings designed to help players improve skills, build chemistry, and learn team strategies outside of official games. OTAs are typically voluntary for players but are important for team development and continuity. These activities focus on conditioning, understanding coaching schemes, and strengthening team unity in a structured, safe environment before the official training camp and preseason games begin.
