Orthodox Christians

Orthodox Christians are followers of Eastern Orthodoxy, a branch of Christianity that emphasizes preserving ancient traditions, biblical teachings, and liturgical practices. They believe in the Holy Trinity, Jesus Christ as Savior, and uphold the authority of the Bible and church tradition. Their worship is characterized by elaborate rituals, icons, and the use of ancient languages. The church is organized into autocephalous (self-governing) national churches, such as Greek, Russian, and Serbian Orthodox. Central to their faith is the goal of participating in divine life through sacraments, prayer, and community, maintaining a consistent connection to the historical roots of Christianity.
