Organoleptic properties
Organoleptic properties refer to the characteristics of a substance—such as a food or beverage—that can be perceived through the senses. These include taste, aroma (smell), appearance (color and clarity), and texture or mouthfeel. They help people evaluate quality and freshness, as well as identify flavors and odors. In essence, organoleptic properties are the sensory qualities that allow us to experience and assess a product naturally, guiding our enjoyment and judgments about its desirability and safety.
