Organization of Women in Science for East Africa

Organization of Women in Science for East Africa (OWSEAF) is a network that supports and promotes women scientists across East Africa. Its goal is to enhance gender equality in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields by providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional development. OWSEAF aims to address barriers women face in scientific careers, encouraging more women to contribute to research and innovation that benefit their communities and the region. Through collaboration and advocacy, it works to create an inclusive environment where women scientists can thrive and lead.
