The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is a regional group committed to promoting security, stability, and cooperation across Europe, North America, and parts of Asia. With 57 participating states, the OSCE facilitates dialogue, monitors elections, and supports efforts to resolve conflicts peacefully.
