Organelle

An organelle is a specialized structure inside a cell that performs a specific function, similar to how organs work in the body. Each organelle has a unique role that helps the cell grow, reproduce, and stay healthy. Examples include the nucleus, which contains the cell's genetic material; mitochondria, which produce energy; and the endoplasmic reticulum, involved in making proteins and lipids. Together, organelles work in harmony to keep the cell alive and functioning properly.
