Order Batching

Order batching is a logistics strategy where multiple customer orders are grouped together and processed at the same time rather than individually. This approach allows warehouses or delivery services to optimize their operations by reducing the number of trips or trips needed, saving time and resources. For example, instead of sending a delivery truck for each order, several orders with similar destinations are combined into one shipment.
