Oral Fluid Testing

Oral fluid testing is a method of detecting drugs or alcohol by analyzing saliva. During the test, a person swabs the inside of their mouth with a specialized device or just spits into a container. This sample contains small amounts of substances from the bloodstream that have entered the saliva, allowing for quick and non-invasive detection of recent drug or alcohol use. It’s often used in workplaces, law enforcement, or medical settings because it’s easy, fast, and less intrusive than blood or urine tests.
