Optical phenomena

Optical phenomena are natural or human-made effects involving light and how it behaves. They include things like rainbows, which occur when light splits into colors through water droplets, and mirages, where light bends to create illusions of water or distant objects. Other examples are the way a spoon appears bent in a glass of water or the shimmering of the sky at sunset. These effects happen because light interacts with different materials or environments, changing its direction, wavelength, or speed, allowing us to see interesting and sometimes surprising visual experiences.
