Opryland USA

Opryland USA was a popular theme park in Nashville, Tennessee, that operated from 1972 until its closure in 1997. It was owned by the same company as the Grand Ole Opry and Nashville’s country music scene, combining thrilling rides, live entertainment, and attractions inspired by country music and Southern culture. The park aimed to provide family-friendly fun with roller coasters, water rides, live shows, and events celebrating Nashville’s musical heritage. Its closure was due to declining attendance and rising real estate development pressures; the site was later redeveloped into the Opryland Hotel and Convention Center.
