Operation Jungle Card

Operation Jungle Card refers to a covert operation conducted by the United States military during the Vietnam War in 1968. Its primary aim was to disrupt and dismantle the North Vietnamese supply routes, known as the Ho Chi Minh Trail, which were crucial for transporting troops and supplies. Using a combination of air strikes, ground forces, and psychological tactics, the operation sought to weaken enemy capabilities. Despite some success in disrupting logistics, it faced challenges due to the difficult terrain, and ultimately did not achieve a decisive turning point in the war.
