Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) is a professional organization representing teachers, occasional teachers, and educational staff in Ontario’s publicly funded high schools and educators' support roles. It advocates for members’ working conditions, fair pay, and quality education for students. The OSSTF negotiates employment agreements, provides professional development, and promotes policies that benefit both educators and students. As a union, it also plays a role in collective bargaining, ensuring members' rights are protected while striving to improve the education system in Ontario.
