Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations

The Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations (OCUFA) is an organization that represents, advocates for, and supports university professors, lecturers, and academic staff across Ontario. It works to promote quality higher education, fair working conditions, academic freedom, and public policy decisions that benefit universities and students. OCUFA engages in negotiations with the government and university administrations, conducts research, and raises awareness about issues impacting faculty and post-secondary education in Ontario. Its goal is to ensure that faculty have the resources and support needed to provide a high standard of education and research.
