Ontario Bar Association

The Ontario Bar Association (OBA) is a professional organization that represents and supports lawyers in Ontario. It provides resources, continuing education, networking opportunities, and advocacy to help legal professionals uphold high standards in their field. The OBA also promotes access to justice and offers public legal education to help communities better understand their rights and the law. While it is not a regulatory body—regulation is managed by the Law Society of Ontario—it plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, informed, and ethical legal community within the province.
