Oneness Pentecostalism

Oneness Pentecostalism is a Christian movement emphasizing the belief that God is a single, indivisible being who reveals Himself through Jesus Christ. Unlike traditional Trinitarian Christianity, which sees God as three persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), Oneness Pentecostals view Jesus as the only divine person, with the titles of Father and Holy Spirit understood as different roles or manifestations of God’s work through Jesus. They emphasize baptism in Jesus’ name, active Holy Spirit experience with speaking in tongues, and a focus on a personal, experiential faith. This theology is rooted in a desire for a direct, powerful encounter with God.
