One-Way Immersion

One-Way Immersion is an educational approach where all students, typically within a single class or grade, are taught primarily in a second language. The goal is to develop fluency and literacy in both their native language and the new language through all subjects. This model often involves students who share the same native language and exposes them to additional language learning, fostering bilingual skills and cross-cultural understanding. By immersing students in the second language throughout their school day, they naturally acquire language skills while also learning academic content.
