Om (Aum)

Om (or Aum) is a sacred sound and symbol in many spiritual traditions, especially Hinduism, representing the fundamental essence of the universe. It is considered the primordial vibration from which all existence originates. When chanted, Om embodies the totality of consciousness, combining the past, present, and future, as well as waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states.
